Questions?
Do reviewers need an account?
No. Anyone with the review link can watch, comment, react and draw. Reviewers never pay and never sign up.
What counts as a minute?
The length of each video you turn into a review page: one 15-minute video on Free (one time), then 120, 600, or 1,200 to 10,000 a month on Business. Watching, commenting and drawing never use minutes, but hosted previews have a storage and monthly streaming allowance on every plan.
Do new versions use minutes?
Yes. Each new version counts its full length, just like a new review. YouTube links never use minutes.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
[Your rule, e.g. existing reviews keep working; new ones wait for next month or an upgrade]
How long do review pages stay up?
[Your rule: how long reviews stay live, and what happens to them after you cancel]
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for the year up front and get 2 months free. Your minutes still reset every month.
Why is there a streaming allowance?
Review pages are unlimited, but hosted video isn't free to store or stream. Each plan includes stored video and monthly streaming that comfortably covers normal team review. If a link is watched far more than that, playback pauses until the next month or an upgrade. YouTube links never count.
Which links work?
YouTube (unlisted is fine), Google Drive and Dropbox, as long as the link is viewable by anyone who has it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep your minutes until the end of the period you’ve paid for, monthly or yearly.
